When browsing or doing some minor things on the laptop get BSOD. if game is running in background no BSOD

Lately when I am using my laptop to browse the internet and check mail I get a ntoskrnl.exe BSOD almost all the time. If I start a game and leave it running in the background the computer runs all day and night with no BSOD. Does anyone have an idea what would be causing my computer issue?I am running Windows 11 right now. It did it on both Windows 10 and 11. I have updated all the drivers from ASUS.
