When adjusting sound volume, clicking the slider at the same position does not play the test tone

I just updated to a newer version of Windows 11, and when I adjust sound volume, clicking the slider at the same position does not play the test tone, however, when i increase or decrease volume, it plays the test tone perfectly.How to solve it?
