When 2 monitors are connected, the refresh rate drops on the main one. I understand the problem is in Windows itself, I tried everything I could, nothing helps. If animation is enabled on the 2nd monitor, if not, then everything seems to be stable. Когда подключено 2 монитора, на основном падает частота обновления. Проблема я так понимаю в самой виндовс, перепробовал все что можно, ничего не помогает. Если на 2 мониторе включена анимация, если нет то вроде как все стабильно.
