Whea Uncorrectable Error in games.

Hello,I get a BSOD Whea Uncorrectable Error when playing a games.I've reinstalled the GPU driver with DDU in safemode, repasted the CPU and GPU, SFCScan, Memtest64 and did Heaven Benchmark. but bsod still occurs when I play the game for around 30-60 minutes.
