WhatsApp voices garbled on two Windows machines but not on my phone

I have WhatsApp desktop installed on two Windows 10 machines and the WhatsApp app installed on my Android phone.Starting a few weeks ago I noticed that on my WhatsApp calls on both my Windows machines my party's voice has been garbled for me, and they sometimes hear an echo of their voice, while they hear me clearly.One Windows machine is connected by Ethernet to my router, while the other Windows machine connects with the router via WiFi.When I call my party with WhatsApp on my Android their voice is not garbled and they hear me clearly with no echo of their voice whether the phone is connect
