What’s wrong with my laptop?

[Windows 11]

My display is completely black even when it’s on except from a little slither at the top of the screen. Sometimes I can see but my laptop lags really bad (I can barely move the cursor) then it goes back to being black 30ish seconds later. There’s no physical damage that I can see It just started happening out of nowhere.
