Well as there is no good category to post this question, but you are forced to pick a category, I put it here. Mods feel free to move it. I have a bunch of issues with all kinds of Microsoft products and now the issue gets extended by being forced using this community.
yes, right, forced!. Because if you contact Microsoft (call them, email them), they tell you to post in the community. I told them many times that the community is useless. In 95% of cases, at least for me.
I posted many issues and questions, which either get ignored, deleted, or just one simple answer, that it is working from him. Well if something works for someone, doesn't mean it works everywhere else.
The support level of Microsoft is the worst I ever have seen. The reps on the phone, mail know less about their products than me, and I am not even a power user.
If the issue is bigger than just "turn it off and on", well they are lost. Maybe too much IT crowd.
There is also no way, to keep track of all my posts in my profile, which every other forum/community platform has. If I don't send my self an email with the link, it will be lost. Great for support. If there is such an option, I haven't found it yet. I don't just sound angry, I am. As there is no support and the company is just taking my money. And don't come and tell me to use another OS, I would love to, unfortunately, I am bound by my profession to windows. I have lost 10 of thousands of dollars because windows is not working correctly, but Microsoft doesn't care. All I want is that they fix their issues. Which they haven't done once. I have so many issues, and none of it got ever resolved. Thanks! What a great company.
So where the hell do I get real support????
