What's wrong with bluescreen code named "processor start timeout"

I created the windows10 (2004) by kvm-qemu which is a virtual machine.

But the win10 bluescreened frequently. And There was no dump file left.

And there was nothing of "processor start timeout" that I can found from google

What's wrong with it?
