Whatapp, Skype, and oneNote of windows 10 not working

Hello, all were installed from the Microsoft Store. Now after using a few months, They need to update. Update will not finish, nor can I install myself. I can not uninstall or use use. Just nothing.. You can see the started action from my start menu I attached.
