What to do with potencionaly someone in my laptop

Hello, i installed something and i got some virus. Im not sure if its virus because i tried reinstalling my laptop, runned bitdefender, malwarebytes in safe mode and still didnt find anything. I dont see anything sus going on my laptop but when i log into Google with my mail after few hours i got warning from Google that some Suspisus activity is going on your Gmail. He stoled my Steam and Epic but i got it all back but i have no clue what to do now.I think he is from Russia. (Sorry for my english)
