What to do, please suggest.

[Windows 11]

When I bought the laptop it had windows 10. Due to some faults , I took my laptop to third party. The cleared the issue but downgraded it to windows 7. After some time windows took the update of version 11. And now I saw that there is no windows in my laptop. I am not very knowledgeable about these so I believe to get genuine advice from here. Buying 11 pro is a costly affair.
