What to do if my administrator account cant be accessed but is still considered the admin account in my pc?

For context: My dad decided to put an admin account on my pc/laptop. For a while it was there along with my own account, but it just disappeared and no one even my dad cant access. My pc still sees it as the administrator account but we cant see it when we open the pc, when we do open the pc only my account is there.
