What to do if I can´t get out of S Mode by doing what Microsoft Supoort said to do?

So I did everything they told me to, I tried entering Microsoft Store and pushing on the button but it won´t let me, I´ve tried everyhting I found online, and it seems it´s not possible to get out of it
