What to do for screen/display glitch?

I had uninstalled PC clean software days ago since I was paying for it and I already have one to begin with. It kept popping up notifications and showing crash errors for apps I had opened then closed. Before that, I had been uninstalled - from the same company - their driver update software as well and that was weeks ago or possibly a month ago.
