what should I do when my laptop blue screens?

I was playing Valorant with my friend, suddenly, my laptop blue screened, and restarted automatically (I didn't have time to read the error message on the blue screen because the blue screen display only briefly appeared on the screen, and immediately my laptop had restarted automatically). the last time I experienced a blue screen was when my laptop was still using 8gb ram, and that happened a long time ago, around 2023. and now since I upgraded my laptop with 16gb ram, I have never gotten a blue screen again (for reference, my laptop uses intel core i5-12450h, rtx 3050, 16gb (8x2) ddr5 ram).
