what should I do in case error (0x800705b4) keeps arising?

I have been getting this error for the past week and whenever I try to shutdown my laptop it keeps showing me an error message that an app is running on the background. What should I do? It says "With the installation of updates, some problems arose, but the attempt will be repeated later. If you continue to see this message and want to get information by completing the Internet or by contacting the support service, you can help you: (0x800705B4)"
