What should I do if the "Add Account" window does not work?

I tried to view my calendar and add an e-mail to my windows-mail and to my windows calendar, where both appears the same window , it only differences is the name. Then theres a smaller container in this window, where your accounts appear(if you have one or more added). I don't have one added yet, so theres the button add account. If I tap that button, a window appears. Its title is the name of the button and this particular window makes the problem. I think the driver for this window is not working properly, because it only opens what I think of as the preview picture for this application. Unf
