What should I do if I’m getting the your IT administrator has restricted access but I’m on the hidden administrator account

Hello I recently reset my pc and now can’t get into windows defender I have tried everything ranging from deleting registry files and restarting to going onto the hidden administrator account and I still can’t get into it is there anything I haven’t tried that might fix it?
