What is wrong with task manager ?

[Windows 11]

every since I updated from windows 10 to windows 11, my task manager never worked after that.if I have some kind of an issue it is easier to do a hard reboot of the PC then trying to open up task manager to kill an app.The task manager is literally unusable none of the resources are even half utilized.anyone knows what is the issue and how to resolve it or should I just fail back to windows 10 ?
