What is wrong with my system?

In early January I updated my GPU from a RTX 3060 to an RX6800. Since then, I have noticed on certain games (such as throne and liberty, infinity nikki, and perhaps some more I don't remember right now) my PC will black screen and basically restart in a loop. So the black screen will persist, but the PC will act like it's restarting continuously. I've looked at my temps which seem fine. I've updated graphic drivers.. Not sure what else I can do. I have thought it might be a PSU issue, but not entirely sure and haven't tried buying a new power supply as of yet. This issue only happens in certai
