I Just recently built my first Pc, and since then it has been giving me a reoccurring problem. My pc after the start up will sign in like normal but won’t open any programs nor respond to me trying to restart it without manually turning my tower off. That last a few days until I reset my CMO’s and the problem ceased for about a month. Since then I have been putting my pc in sleep mode instead of powering it off.
