What is "UAC Virtualization", "Set Priority" and "Set affinity"

Can someone explain what all these do?is it safe to change them? like the priority there 6 stages | "Realtime", "High", "Above normal", "Normal", "Below normal" and "Low"are these stats temporary? likeif i change it, then i restart my laptopall settings i changed will go back to default
