What is this file doing on my Win11 ASUS Creator Laptop: intcusbext.huawei.pnf?

My internal microphone on my relatively new Win11 ASUS Creator Laptop has vanished. I was hunting around for a missing driver or something to explain the disappearance and found these files including one -intcusbext.huawei.cat - in the security catalog. There are several related files as well. What are they doing there and can I safely delete them?
