What is the shortcut key combination to switch to a specific desktop?

I want to be able to access desktops without opening the task viewer to switch between them. E.g. I want to press something like Ctrl+Win+3 and move to desktop 3, Ctrl+Win+4 to move to desktop 4, etc. I am familiar with Ctrl+Win+Left/Right, but having to laterally through multiple desktops is slow and barely better than using alt+Tab. Even having a Ctrl+Win+H to move to the first desktop (Home) would be helpful.
