What is the real Window Defenders alert for malware?

I was recently scammed by the fake Windows Defender alert for malware on my desktop computer (Windows 10). The pop-up on my screen had a fake phone number for Microsoft Support. I rang the number and was scammed. I'd like to know what my screen would look like if I actually had a malware threat - what would Windows Defender show?
