What is the random invisible black box that appeared on my screen?

So i just recently got this weird glitch on my screen where i couldn't click anything on a certain point on the screen. This invisible thing was moving to wherever on the right side of the screen but now that i scaled it up, it's not moving. I would like to know how to remove it and is it something to do with a game or graphics driver? I've already shut off all my games and tried ending tasks but it is still there. (I have no image proof but it is there and i want to remove it) thanks.
