What is the folder in my D: drive?

I was going to put a dual boot of Linux on my D: drive, but there is a drivers folder in there. I am wondering what it is, and if I can move it somewhere in the C: drive or delete it. This is Windows 11, on a Lenovo Legion Laptop with two internal SSDs. I would rather not reinstall Windows, but if that's the only way to move this file. Thank you!
