What is "Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Net - 1030.44.1014.2024" and how can I undo it's installation?

Windows 11 offered it as an optional update and i thought it's Realtek Lan Driver which i wanted to update.How can i completely undo it or uninstall?System restore was disabled when i installed it and Windows update don't let me delete it.Doesn't appear in installed applications either.
