My windows did the update automatically (not something I like about windows now) on Sept 22 2023. It opened for me fine then stated having abnormal usage on the Disk and Memory with "windows fault reporting" and the "antimalware service executable" I have tried to restart in safe mode and it operates just fine. when I shut off the internet it seems to run very slowly but it runs. I am not able to get anything to work otherwise. If I open a program (word, excel, outlook) it takes 9-12 minutes for it to open. it took 5 minutes to put an email in the "outbox".I tried using the system recovery too
