I can no longer use my Windows 10 PC because I am so inundated with pop-ups which take up half the screen and automatically open my browser or a new tab in the browser. I've read this is to get users to upgrade to Windows 11 but my PC tells me it failed the 'health check' and with all these pop-ups I cannot get to my settings as the pop-ups have taken over. The cursor has also become uncontrollable with these continuous pop-ups. What do I need to do to stop this? If Windows want 10 users to upgrade to 11, this is not the way to do it as currently I can’t use my PC.
