What is Code: 0xC0EA000A and why do i keep getting it everytime i try to install an app??

i got this computer today and i am trying to install art apps on the microsoft store but it gives me an error message called Code: 0xC0EA000A ive tried doing what other people suggested (Wreset.exe) but it doesnt work
