What Happens When You Use the "Go Back" Option in Windows 11 to Roll Back from 24H2 to 23H2?

4 or 5 day before, i installed the windows 11 24h2 update, Now it's giving me whole lot of problems, my keyboard is not working properly, (Some keys like Volume / Brightness keys up and Down, Tried by locking the FN Key, i locked the FN key and tried pressing the volume, that doesn't work either No use ), Some Games are not launching, there is a System not responding, Need to roll back to windows 11 23h2 version, i tried installing the all the windows updates, drivers updates and stuff but non of it worked well. So I found a way to Go back to the previous version, there is a option "Go Back "
