What happened to my Bluetooth on my computer

I Have No Bluetooth when I did. I Uninstalled Bluetooth on device manager and my computer never reinstalled it. It originally had it and it was working fine until today and a message said Code 45 so I Uninstalled it and now Bluetooth doesn't work and doesn't exist?I Also ran the trouble shooter and it said Bluetooth is not available
