What finally fixed Phone Link not opening after upgrading to Windows 11 (24H2)

Hi all,I recently upgraded to Windows 11 on my home PC from Windows 10. I use Microsoft Phone Link a lot and the first thing I noticed was that it wasn't opening despite the process (PhoneExperienceHost.exe) being present in Task Manager, sometimes with the message "This UWP process group is suspending processes to improve system performance" (probably not related but it pointed me in the right direction).For about a week after, I scoured through every forum/thread with troubleshooting steps that I could possibly find with ZERO success.
