what else should I try?

Good evening, I've tried everything to troubleshoot my device but nothing happens. Keeps restarting and tells me a stop code of DRIVER VERIFER DMA VIOLATION. I've auto fix, same thing. Tried pressing 5 for safe reboot nothing. And now my laptop can't find my pin and I can't setup a new one.
