What driver and how can I download the proper drivers to detect the monitors via the docking station via the cport?

The Cport is not recognizing my docking station external additional monitors. The laptop makes a sound when the cport is plugged in but the monitors are not detected. Everything was working and the cport seems to be the issue. New laptop hp 17-cp3005dx PN/ a9fv8ua#abaHow can I get this cport to work the docking station.
