What does the Question-Marks mean next to these devices(AMA SPP and SMS/MMS servers)?

For a good while, since of installing a new 1-TB HD and Windows 10-Prof back into my desktop after crashing, I was able to install all components, software and drivers back from external back-up. However for the past couple months, I still get these Question-marks '?' indicators in my Device Manager. Does anyone knows what they mean and why they are still there after all this time? I had done Windows Update numerous times to see if those particular drivers needed updating, but the devices are 'working properly' from what DM tells me.
