What does the Ami (aminos American metatrends inc.) screen mean when loading my monitors and how to fix it

I just turned on my pc and my monitors started up and displayed an “Ami” screen “Ami iOS (c) 2021 American metatrends, inc.” I don’t know what this means or how to fix it, I can’t even exit the screen. I looked for some people with the same problem online, but they all have different error messages and stuff. This is what mine looks like… please help! Also it won’t let me upload my photo of what it looks like on here…But it says a bunch of data like “total memory”, detected devices, speed, CPU, etc. and it reads at the bottom:“Please enter setup to recover BIOS setting.
