What do I need to extract from the IRST driver to get my windows 10 installation media to work?

Hi Microsoft,I am trying to install a clean windows 10 installation on my Bitlocker locked Acer S50-53 laptop in order to wipe the drive clean (I'm prepared to lose any files and documents that are on my laptop as they are backed up), and get my laptop open to use again.From a friends Lenovo desktop computer, I downloaded the windows 10 installation media onto a USB that has no other files or documents on it. When I tried to install this on my Ace laptop, a problem occurred at the "Where do you want to install windows?' box. It could not recognize any drivers, even when I clicked load drivers
