What do I do? Microsoft support tried to solve but left halfway

I tried to ask microsoft support for help to solve my microphone picking up pc audio, I connected through chat with "Carlito" and he asked me general info of my pc. Then he connected with screenshare and uninstalled audio drivers, he tried multiple times uninstalling some specific audio drivers and couldn't do it (I was already skeptical of his skills). He told me to restart the pc and gave me the link to recconect, but I had to copy the link of not i don't know if I could reconnect to the chat, while I was trying to save into my clipboard he tried to forcefully restart 2 times....
