What do I do if my bitlocker recovery key doesn't work nor any advanced options?

Hi! I was using my computer when it suddenly shut down 3 times and at last it asked me for my bitlock recovery key. The problem is when I enter my key it doesnt do anything, and I tried searching for wich disk reboots in the prompt, but there are none found. I dont know what to do, please help.
