What do i do if my Bitlocker encrypted ssd drive just doesn't unlock?

[Windows 11]

I gave my cusin my previous pc since i got a new one but for some reason his microsoft account had bitlocker on and it locked it's ssd drive, It's been a few months already of my trying to unlock it, he got the password for it from his microsoft account but it just does not unlock for no reason, I also tried unlocking it using CMD and Powershell commands, Tried formating it, Tried Diskgenius but nothing worked so far and i'm simply dumbfounded by this, Please help me!!!
