What could cause problem? Help

[Windows 10]

Hello guys i have a question. So today i turn on pc and played game for like 10min after that my pc shutdown i tried to turn it back on but nothing happend. Also i do have a RGB keyboard, mouse,headset and when it shut down i could see that nothing is glowing so my question is, does anyone know where is problem i heard that it can be motherborad but also can be a power supply, anyway i tried everything that i could think of,trying YouTube, Google etc... but nothing helps,so if someone know whats problem please tell me. Thanks in advance
