What can I do to get out of recovery and boot windows?

As of recently my pc has been crashing about every other launch. The other day it fully crashed and I am unable to acces anything except my bios and "Recovery" none of the recovery shortcuts seem to fonction . Maybe this is due to a faulty component but I really can not tell. I'm looking forward to any help that can be offered. Thank you. If you need more details just ask.
