It appears that there is a problem with my email address as it was previously used by another employee whose name is the same as mine.In the long run, it has created some complications, specifically, I have experienced difficulties receiving invitations to join virtual teams or other collaborative activities. It seems that these invitations may be linked to the previous email address and not reaching me, or even when I log in somewhere, I am logged under the previous employee's name. I wanted to reach out to you to see if there is a solution to this problem.
