What can i do about error code 0xc000007b

[Windows 11]

Recently I purchased a new pc. After building it I went to download epic games launcher. Unfortunately, I got the error code in the title. After over weeks of trying to do this myself and being pointed to this website, some help would be appreciated. I have done everything from reinstalling the application to getting all the dll files from the bins. I've been wanting to play certain games that I can't without the launcher and it is really upsetting. Getting literally any help would be appreciated, thanks.
