What are these two blank files under startup in task manager, one is just called 16, the other one is called, d9de84ef-6344-487c-be50-3ca8d5c85178 D9

I am not sure what these files are, nor do I know how long they have been in my startup, but I have them both on disabled till I find out. Plus, it does not let me do anything with them other than disable and enable them.
