Went on to a questionable website, now getting notifications in dutch that device is infected with Zeus.2020 Trojan horse

Today my brother went on to Minecraft the Skindex and started getting pop ups saying he's infected with zeus.2020 malware. He got signed out of norton antivirus and he cant get signed back in. What should we do?Update 2: My brother is torn. He bought Minecraft and other purchases with a license. Our family is deciding if we should think it's a scam, or to wipe the computer. At some point if people don't reply we could make the wrong decision.
