weird windows 11 boot screen my pc defaults to going to every time i try to log on

i tried getting on my pc and it shows a boot screen type thing then when i try to restart my pic it blue screens sending me back there, i would restart my pc but its asking for some type of recovery key i never madeit says on the boot menuChoose an option continue (go back to windows) use a device (usb or disc recovery) troubleshoot (reset options) turn off pc (self explanatory)i would take a picture but it doesn’t let me
