Weird things whenever waking PC up from sleep

Whenever PC is woken up, it automatically redirects to browser which works fine. But when I go to home screen, I noticed the wallpaper glitching, taskbar flickering and the background of browser can still be seen even though browser itself is closed. This happened a few times already over a span of months
